Farm Simplicity (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Information we collect
When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and order details. Payment information (card number, etc.) is collected and processed directly by Stripe via WooCommerce Payments — we never see or store your full card details.
When you browse our site, we automatically collect some technical information (like your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed) through analytics and advertising tools described below.
How we use your information
We use your information to process and ship your order, communicate with you about your order, respond to customer service requests, and — if you’ve opted in — send occasional emails about new products or promotions. We also use aggregated, non-identifying data to understand how people use our site and improve it.
Who we share it with
- Gelato (our print-on-demand production partner) receives your name and shipping address, and the design file for your order, in order to print and ship your item.
- Stripe / WooCommerce Payments processes your payment securely; we do not have access to your full card number.
- Google Analytics collects anonymized data about how visitors use our site (pages viewed, time on site, general location) to help us understand and improve the shopping experience.
- Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel is used to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and to show relevant ads to people who’ve visited our site. This may involve Meta setting cookies in your browser.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Cookies
Our site uses cookies from Google Analytics and Meta to track site usage and ad performance. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not work as intended if you do.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of having your data used for targeted advertising. To make a request, email us at support@farmsimplicity.com. California residents have specific rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and to request deletion.
Children’s privacy
Our site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data retention
We retain order information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, handle returns/disputes, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top will reflect the most recent version.
