By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Our designs
All artwork, illustrations, and designs sold on this site are original works created by Jessica Deratany / Farm Simplicity. They may not be reproduced, copied, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission — including on other print-on-demand platforms.
Orders and payment
All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at checkout; we do not store your full payment card details. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.
Production and fulfillment
Products are printed and shipped by our third-party production partner (Gelato) on our behalf. See our Shipping Policy for timing, and our Return & Refund Policy for what happens if something arrives wrong.
Order changes and cancellations
Because production begins quickly after an order is placed, we can’t guarantee that changes or cancellations will be possible once an order is submitted. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us immediately and we’ll do our best to catch it before production starts — but we can’t promise it.
Pricing errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even if the order has already been confirmed.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Limitation of liability
Farm Simplicity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or its products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
